jeg har altid været meget imponeret af folk, der er gode til at tegne. måske af den grund, at jeg er fuldstændig ude af stand til at tegne noget som helst, der er værd at kigge på.
en af de kunstnere, jeg rigtig, rigtig godt kan lide, hedder caitlin shearer. hendes billeder er virkelig fantastiske, synes jeg, og jeg kan kigge på dem i hundrede år uden at blive træt, fordi detaljerigdommen er overvældende.
i've always been very impressed with people who can draw. maybe because of the fact that i am completely incapable of drawing anything worth looking at.
one of the artists that i really, really like is named caitlin shearer. her pictures are so amazing, i think, and i can just look at them for hours without getting tired of them, because they are so rich in detail, it's overwhelming.

i think everything she does looks very fine and well-made, but for some reason it really bothers and never touches me.

i know what you mean, i feel that way about lots or art, just not caitlin. like in america, we saw this native american art exhibition, and i really thought that it was well-made and all that, but it didn't touch me a bit.
